Maniango Elementary School in Minalin, Pampanga is a “last mile” public school surrounded by fish pens and bodies of water that is the second home of 190 students and 9 teachers. The school is a participant of Haligi ng Bata, Inc.’s Adopt-a-School Program which strives for the total development of an indigent public elementary school.
